- 1 can (6.4 oz) F/V Sonja Canned Albacore Tuna, undrained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 slices bread
- 4 - 6 slices tomato
- 4 - 6 slices cheese (American or Cheddar)

- Mix tuna, onion, celery, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Toast bread (buttered if desired) in oven or toaster.
- Spread tuna mixture on toast.
- Place tomato slices on each and top with cheese trimmed to fit.
- Spread a small amount of mayonnaise over the cheese.
- Broil about 5 inches from heat 3 - 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
and golden brown. Serve immediately.
