- 1 can F/V Sonja Smoked Albacore Tuna Loins (6.4 oz) (undrained
optional)
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened, (may use non-fat)
- 2 -3 tablespoons, light sour cream
- 3 tablespoons minced green onion
- 2 - 3 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix to flake tuna.
- Blend in remaining ingredients.
- Place in serving dish.
- Cover and chill.
Serve with crackers, or use in tortilla wrap sandwiches, or in
hot potatoes. |
