Tuna Pate

  • 1 can (6.4 oz) F/V Sonja Canned Albacore Tuna, undrained
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped fine)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white or yellow onion (minced)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Flake tuna and mix in can juices until absorbed. 
  2. Mix in all remaining ingredients thoroughly.  Place in serving bowl, cover and refrigerate to firm. 
  3. Serve with crackers, bagels or sliced fresh baguettes. 

Note:  May use food processor.
