- 1 can (6.4 oz) F/V Sonja Canned Albacore Tuna,
undrained
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped fine)
- 1 1/2 tbsp white or yellow onion (minced)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- Flake tuna and mix in can juices until absorbed.
- Mix in all remaining ingredients thoroughly. Place in serving
bowl, cover and refrigerate to firm.
- Serve with crackers, bagels or sliced fresh baguettes.
Note: May use food processor.
